Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders placed will be delivered within 3 to 4 working days (excluding weekends).

If a customer rearranges, redirects, cancels, rejects, or refuses their delivery with our delivery partners without prior notice, E & E Global African Storewill not accept any liability for any delays that may occur due to the extended delivery period.

Orders placed after 10 AM on Thursday will be delivered the following Monday.

Once your order has been dispatched, amendments or cancellations may not be possible.

If nobody is available to receive the delivery, the delivery driver will leave your parcel at a safe location within your property.

At checkout, the Total Weight of your order will be calculated based on the gross weight of each product, including its packaging.

For some products, especially lightweight but bulky items, we may use volumetric weight to determine shipping costs. This is calculated based on the product’s dimensions using industry-standard formulas.

Shipping costs are determined by the Total Weight of your order, which may be based on either gross weight or volumetric weight, depending on the product.

The final shipping fee is automatically calculated at checkout, ensuring accurate pricing based on logistics requirements.
